King or Jester?

Sometimes he seems more like a Jester than a King...  

Especially when he flips his split ear at us.  He is a very funny boy who likes to bounce and play with toys.  His toy-playing skills are definitely improving!

Walking the Walk

Not only is he the King of the Kastle, he is the King of the Walk.  He is really good with the leash. He walks well alone and with other hounds.  We have several paths of varying lengths and he is good with all of them.  

Sometimes we include a trip to Downtown Woodstock and Kastle poses for a nice shot.

Definitely Worth Celebrating

Today is a day to celebrate!  King ofmy Kastle is growing more and more accustomed to the good life. Today he wishes everyone a Happy 4th of July!

King ofthe Home Life

Kastle is happy to make his way from the kennel to the next stage of his life - The Home Life.  He is learning all of the standard tricks of the home life: stairs, windows, mirrors, and slippery floors.  And he is partaking in the  finer things: soft beds, soft toys, filled Kongs, and tasty treats!


Kastle is a handsome, strong boy and it is easy to see how he was such a successful racer.  He has a split ear, which along with his sense of humor gives him the nickname "Jester" around here.
